Terms & Conditions for events at Hull Truck Theatre
1. Customers must respect any safety measures put in place by Hull Truck Theatre. These measures are under constant review and may change at short notice.
Exchanges & Refunds
2. Hull Truck Theatre do not offer refunds on tickets.
- 2.1. However, if the show is sold out and we are able to sell on your tickets you will be issued with a refund, to your original payment method, minus £1.50 admin fee.*
- 2.2. From 28 March 2025 we offer ticket refund protection, via Secure My Booking, as part of the online booking process, to safeguard yourself against unforeseen circumstances. By purchasing ticket refund protection you are agreeing to Secure My Booking T&Cs. Any claims must be made directly to Secure My Booking and evidence of non-attendance will be required. Ticket refund protection is not refundable under any circumstance.
*If you also opted to take out ticket refund protection for your ticket/s, a second claim cannot be made via Secure My Booking.
3. Tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show, providing you have contacted the Box Office more than 24hrs before the show start time*. Any increase in ticket price must be paid at the time of transfer, along with a £1.50 admin fee.
- 3.1. If the show you have booked for has only one performance please see point 2.
*Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned once the performance has started.
Show Cancellations or Postponements
4. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre is rescheduled or postponed your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new time and date. Should this not be suitable, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.
5. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre is cancelled for any reason, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.
Other
6. All ticket prices, offers and discounts are subject to availability and Hull Truck Theatre reserves the right to add or remove discounts at any time. No refunds will be given on the announcement of a special offer.
7. If you are booking tickets on behalf of others, you accept these T&Cs on behalf of all members of the party.
Terms & Conditions for The Night of the Werewolves: LIVE (Silent Uproar) at SPACE, Pop-up Venue.
1. Customers must respect any safety measures put in place by SPACE, Pop-up Venue & Silent Uproar.
2. Once the show has started late comers will not be admitted and no refunds will be given.
3. Seating for this event is unreserved and Silent Uproar ask that audience members fill all available seats. Spaces will be saved for wheelchair users but these must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.
Access customers – We ask that wheelchair users and those with access needs let us know any requirements by using the notes section at the checkout. Or by emailing boxoffice@hulltruck.co.uk
4. If you or a member of your party are unable to attend the event, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show (if available) providing you have contacted Hull Truck Theatre Box Office more than 24hrs before the show.
- If there are no other dates available we can attempt to sell on your ticket/s, provided we have 24hrs notice. Our own unsold tickets will take priority. If we are able to sell on your tickets you will be refunded minus a £1.50 admin fee.
5. If the event is cancelled, customers will be entitled to a full refund minus £1 per ticket admin fee and tickets will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned once the performance has started.
- Please note: the Box Office closes at 5pm each day, Mon – Sat.
Terms & Conditions for Freedom Festival event, The Butterfly Who Flew Into The Rave (Secret City Centre Location)
1. Customers must respect any safety measures put in place by Freedom Festival and the event venue.
2. At the checkout you will be asked for your mobile number. This information will be passed on to Freedom Festival so that they can text you the location of the event, on the day of the performance, any any important updates related to the event. This information will not be used, by Freedom Festival, for any other purposes.
3. Once the show has started late comers will not be admitted and no refunds will be given.
4. Access customers – We ask that wheelchair users and those with access needs let us know any requirements by using the notes section at the checkout, or by emailing boxoffice@hulltruck.co.uk
